- Having just worked on and fixed my girlfriend's A3000, I can agree
- that the older scsi chips do often cause problems. She had a rev-00-04
- scsi chip that was just plain bad. Oddly enough, a rev 00-02 worked better.

- Anyway, I put my rev08 in her machine so I wouldn't have to open it, and
- now my 2091 is chugging away just fine (hard drives only) with a rev
- 00-02 chip until I get around to ordering a new one.
